Novus AI provides eligible Discord servers with a free Premium trial period, allowing users to evaluate Premium features before purchasing a paid subscription.
By purchasing a Premium subscription, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to evaluate the service and determine whether it meets your requirements.
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once the Premium subscription has been activated. We do not provide refunds or credits for unused subscription time, partial subscription periods, change of mind, failure to use the service, or cancellation after activation.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Unless otherwise stated, cancellation prevents future renewal and does not terminate access to Premium features already paid for; Premium access will remain available until the end of the current paid subscription period.
If a payment was made in error, duplicated, or resulted from a billing issue, please contact Novus AI Support for review.
Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation, or other consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
